What is Vegan? And What do Vegans Eat?
The Vegan diet is plant based and free of dairy, meat, fish or eggs.
The Vegan community is close to our hearts. Co-Owner Michele has been a vegetarian for 10 years now and with a background in Yoga and nutrition, wanted to create amazing Vegan recipes that everyone would be happy to devour.
Some of our Vegan menu favorites include the Raw Veggies Hummus and Fig Tapenade Appetizer, Vegan BBQ Wrap, Veggie Avocado Wrap, Soyrizo Scramble and of course our Vegan Pizzas. We offer two types of dairy free cheeses: Follow Your Heart Soy Cheese and Daiya Cheese (Perfect for those who are allergic to both soy and dairy). And we haven’t forgotten about desserts, you must save room for our Vegan Brownie a la mode with Coconut Sorbet. Super Delish!!
